By accessing or using AnimalBD, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. If you use AnimalBD on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.
AnimalBD provides a platform that helps buyers and shops discover one another, communicate, and complete transactions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, AnimalBD is not the seller of listed animals or products and is not a party to agreements made directly between users.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or create risk for other users or the platform.
Shops and sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their listings, including animal health disclosures, pricing, and availability. AnimalBD may review, approve, reject, or remove listings and may require identity or business verification before allowing certain activities.
You may not use AnimalBD for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, misleading listings, animal cruelty, sale of prohibited species or items, circumvention of platform fees, scraping or automated abuse, or any action that harms users, animals, or platform integrity.
Payment methods, delivery arrangements, refunds, and dispute resolution may vary by listing or shop. Users should review order details carefully before completing a purchase. AnimalBD may offer tools to report issues, but resolution may require cooperation between buyer and shop unless platform intervention is available.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant AnimalBD a non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote that content on the platform. AnimalBD names, logos, software, and site design are protected and may not be copied or reused without permission.
AnimalBD is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnimalBD disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted service, listing accuracy, or outcomes of transactions between users, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
We may suspend or terminate access to AnimalBD at any time if we believe these terms have been violated or if necessary to protect users, animals, or the platform. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account closure through support.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be raised with AnimalBD support so we can attempt to resolve them informally.
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of AnimalBD after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
